Covered plungers with class approved certificate Used plungers reclaimed and re-machined to provide improved features better than new ones. Recommended for NOx types marine diesel engines
	Characteristics Corrosion-proof and sticking-proof. Permits use of electro polishing machine for precision machining of complicated guide channels on the plunger as shown in the above figure. PATTENTED. Perfect slack proof finishing because round machining precedes guide channel machining, contrary to conventional process. PATTENTED.

	This line graph shows the result of compression test of fuel injection pressure between standard and covered type plungers. The test was made by scientists and engineers from The E. and S. Research Center of Japan for the basic study on wear and cavitations of plungers and surrounding components. The result cleared that no cavitations occurred under fitting of covered plunger and pressure increased 100kg/cm2 or more than conventional standard one. Recently, particularly super wear-resistant and stickles engine parts are being looked for and ideally complete fuel atomization is being requested for low quality fuel combustion.
